This is a pretty poor Missile Command clone by Soleau Software, which is much better known for its puzzle games. Although this game has decent production values and looks good at first, there are numerous problems, one being that the missiles fall far too fast to handle properly. They also fall all at once, rather than gradually, and your own missile explosions are tiny, making hitting multiple shot very difficult. The only real strategy seems to try to quickly judge which city the shots are aiming for, and them aim directly above it to try to stop all missiles headed there. There are much better Missile Command clones out there.
